Sessions are weekly and last for 50 minutes. Before you commit, I offer a telephone conversation to discuss your concerns and reasons for wishing to have therapy. We can have an initial consultation to see whether you might benefit from my approach. Finally, we make a therapeutic contract regarding the timings, frequency and fee. I will send the contract to you via email.

 

The fee for a consultation is £85.00. Sessions’ fees will be discussed during the consultation.

Children and young people's

sessions are weekly and last for 50 minutes. Before you and the child commit, I offer a telephone conversation to discuss your concerns about the child. We can have an initial consultation to see whether they might benefit from my approach. After that, I will meet the child and if they agree to have counselling, then we will meet again to make a therapeutic contract regarding the timings, frequency and fee. I will send the contract to you via email.
